  •  Yes — onboarding is required for every Adept Cloud subscription. It’s how we help you ensure success and accelerate time to value. The scope of your onboarding corresponds to your software tier — Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise. You’ll be assigned a Customer Success Manager and Project Manager who guide your team from kickoff through go-live and ongoing optimization. 
  •  It depends on your Adept Cloud Plan. All plans include 24/7 support coverage for critical issues. Adept Cloud Essentials includes 6am to 7pm ET support for non-critical issues. Adept Cloud Professional includes 24x5 support coverage for non-critical issues. Adept Cloud Enterprise includes 24x7 support coverage for all issues. Support is delivered via Zoom, telephone, and email.
  •  Adept Cloud customers have access to Ongoing Technical Consulting — one-on-one monthly access to a Synergis expert for nearly any project — and Remote Administration, where a dedicated Synergis administrator handles the day-to-day management of your Adept Cloud environment.
  •  Ongoing Technical Consulting is project-based — your consultant works with you on specific initiatives, improvements, or challenges on a monthly retainer. Remote Administration is an ongoing managed service — your administrator handles the day-to-day running of your Adept Cloud environment on a regular basis. Many organizations use both: consulting for strategic projects, administration for day-to-day operations.
