Note on backups for Adept Cloud: Adept Cloud includes system recovery backups provided by Synergis. Customers are encouraged to regularly back up their data and copy it to their local network using the tools provided within Adept Cloud — and your Synergis Remote Admin can assist with that.

  •  Remote Administration is a managed service where a dedicated Synergis Adept expert handles the day-to-day administration of your Adept or Adept Cloud environment. Your administrator manages users, permissions, configuration, workflows, metadata, and more — so your internal team can stay focused on higher-priority work.
  •  Your administrator handles the full range of application management responsibilities for your environment: user management and permissions, system configuration, metadata quality optimization, configuring new features and rollout, building new workflows, troubleshooting user issues, training, CAD and MS Office integration support, and more. For on-premise Adept customers, this also includes software upgrades, system maintenance, database management, and replicated environment setup.
  •  Remote Administration is available in three tiers: Standard (20 hours per month / 5 hours per week) at $4,000/month, Premium (40 hours per month / 10 hours per week) at $7,200/month, and Enterprise (60 hours per month / 15 hours per week) at $9,600/month. All tiers are billed annually.
  •  Remote Administration is an ongoing managed service — your administrator handles the day-to-day running of your Adept environment on a regular basis, similar to an outsourced staff member. Ongoing Technical Consulting is for working on specific initiatives, improvements, or challenges on a monthly retainer. Many organizations use both: consulting for strategic initiatives, administration for day-to-day operations.
  •  Yes — Remote Administration is available for both Adept and Adept Cloud customers. For Cloud customers, the scope focuses on the application layer: user management, configuration, workflows, metadata, permissions, and new feature rollout. Infrastructure management and software upgrades are handled automatically by Synergis as part of the Adept Cloud service. Backups are also provided for system recovery, and customers are encouraged to back up their data regularly using the tools provided within Adept Cloud.
