1. Purchase & Schedule
Your purchase triggers resource scheduling. Synergis assigns your Customer Success Manager and Project Manager on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Kickoff Meeting
Your Project Manager holds a kickoff to confirm scope, confirm your internal project lead, and build the detailed project schedule.
3. Configuration Worksheet
Your Customer Success Manager works with your team to complete the configuration worksheet — the foundation for all configuration work.
4. Configuration & Training
Your CSM configures Adept Cloud and delivers admin training in parallel. End user and CAD training follow.
5. Go-Live & Handoff
A formal project closure confirms acceptance. Your team is live, trained, and fully capable of running your Adept Cloud environment.

Each Adept Cloud Onboarding Plan has a pre-defined scope aligned to your Adept Cloud Plan. Additional services may be required or requested, and will be quoted separately.

If your environment requires services beyond your included package, your Account Manager will scope and price an Add-On proposal before any additional work begins. All add-ons are quoted and approved in writing before work begins.

Yes — onboarding is required with every Adept Cloud subscription. It is purchased alongside your subscription, with a pre-defined level of service that aligns with your Adept Cloud Plan. It’s how we make sure your environment is configured correctly and your team is ready to get value from the start.

Onboarding is priced as a fixed fee corresponding to your Adept Cloud Plan: Essentials onboarding is $10,000, Professional is $20,000, and Enterprise is $35,000. Additional services may be required or requested, and these will be quoted separately.

Every onboarding package includes cloud environment setup, SSO configuration, a configuration worksheet, custom field and data card configuration, workflow setup, user and group configuration, document vaulting, and administrator, end user, and CAD integration training. The scope of each element scales with your Adept Cloud Plan — Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise.

Timelines vary based on your Adept Cloud Plan and environment. Your Project Manager will build a detailed project schedule following the kickoff meeting. Resource scheduling begins upon receipt of a valid purchase order, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your Customer Success Manager will walk you through exactly what’s needed. Generally this includes a dedicated internal project lead with decision-making authority, access to an IT resource, and availability for your team during training phases.

Your team is live and fully trained. You transition to Support, where your plan’s support coverage takes effect immediately. Your Customer Success Manager remains your primary point of contact at Synergis for technical guidance and ongoing success.
