Every Adept customer is onboarded on a plan designed for their environment. Your Account Manager and Solution Architect will work with you during the evaluation process to determine which path is the right fit. Either way, a dedicated Customer Success Manager will own your implementation from kickoff through go-live.

A structured path from kickoff to go-live.

Personalized onboarding follows a proven five-phase process. Your Customer Success Manager manages the engagement end-to-end, keeping your project on schedule and your team fully informed at every step.

1. Implementation Planning & Design

Your Customer Success Manager works with your team to confirm scope, name an internal project lead, and build the detailed implementation plan.

2. Administrator Training

Your administrator is trained on Adept configuration, user management, and system maintenance — setting the foundation for everything that follows.

3. Installation & Configuration

Adept is installed and configured to your environment — data cards, workflows, FileGuide views, user groups, and security built to your spec.

4. Data Migration

Your legacy documents and metadata are migrated into Adept, preserving the structure and relationships your team depends on.

5. User Training

End users are trained and ready. At the close of your onboarding, your team is fully capable of running and maintaining your Adept environment independently.

There are pre-defined services included in the packaged price, and you can add on services if needed. Personalized onboarding is scoped specifically to your goals, requirements, IT environment, and data — and is the right fit for organizations with more complex needs, higher document volumes, or application integration requirements. Your Account Manager and Solution Architect will help you determine the best path forward for your needs and goals.
  •  EasyStart is designed to get you live in one to two weeks. Personalized onboarding timelines vary based on scope — your Customer Success Manager will build a detailed project schedule with you during the Implementation Planning & Design phase.
  •  Your Customer Success Manager will walk you through exactly what’s needed during the planning phase. Generally this includes access to an IT resource, a dedicated internal project lead with decision-making authority, and availability for your team during training phases.
  •  Yes — that’s an explicit goal of every onboarding engagement. By the end of your onboarding, your administrators will be fully trained and capable of maintaining your Adept environment independently.
  •  You’ll transition to Support, where your Silver Success Plan takes effect immediately. Gold and Platinum Plans are available for additional services and increased support hours. Your Customer Success Manager remains your primary technical point of contact at Synergis.
